Pathogens
nipped in the bud
Laboratory tests at the Agricultural Research Centre (ARC) in Onderstepoort,
near Pretoria, show that Melela products
suppress the growth of the pathogenic bacteria E.coli, Clostridium botulinum
and Salmonella sp.

Field trials at various broiler producers in KwaZulu Natal show that
the use of Melela products consistently
improves productivity. Higher production efficiency factors (PEF values) are
achieved – see table below.
